Do you provide training?
Fleet Enterprises provides a training and support program to help you every step of the way. We provide training on our proprietary online support tools, operational procedures, sales and marketing, and we offer on-going field training.
One of our Business Development Managers (BDMs) will work with you in your area to show you how to establish a solid base of regular customers. After initial training, a BDM will always advise you by phone, direct connect, or email whenever you need guidance.

Do you offer financing?
Fleet Enterprises does not offer any direct financing but we can recommend third party financing options for you. We have arrangements with vehicle leasing companies with options available to individuals with good credit in many cases.

What kind of support will I receive?
Our established franchise system provides franchisees with an operating system developed through decades of industry experience.

Billing and Receivables Support System: Invoicing and collecting money is a reality in all businesses. It is one of the factors that slow down business growth. As a Fleet Enterprises Franchisee, you benefit from our system of collecting on your invoices so that you can focus your efforts on developing your market and repairing trailers.

Cash Flow Assistance Program: Starting a business is challenging enough without the worry of collecting money from your accounts to meet your expenses. With our cash flow assistance program, you can receive a check from us in ten days or less, every week, on services that you have rendered regardless of whether we have collected from the accounts.

Account Protection Network: Both our name and reputation are at stake. That is why our Franchise Support Center staff routinely contacts all our customers to ensure customer satisfaction. We take the hassle out of staying in contact with your customers, for your benefit and ours.

Do I need a Commercial Driver’s License or CDL?
No, you do not.

Will I receive a protected territory?
Yes. As a Fleet Enterprises Franchisee, you will receive a designated territory delineated by mileage and population base. At Fleet Enterprises, you really will own your own piece of the highway.

How much is the franchise fee?
Our franchise fee is $15,000 with a down payment of $7,500 due at signing and the other $7,500 paid over 20 months ($375/month).

The franchise fee covers:

1. Complete training on Fleet Enterprises mobile repair operations, including our own proprietary online support tools, at our Troy, Michigan corporate support center.

2. Complete office support, including billing and collections, to make sure you are paid.

3. Dispatching support on daily repairs and job approvals.

4. With the “Fleet Elite” cash-flow assistance program, you can be paid, for the work that you do, in 10 days or less from the invoice date. (Pre-qualifications required-ask for details)

5. Leadership team for you to rely on for communication through direct connect or email.

6. National account references.

7. Assistance on estimating repairs.

8. Consistent sales support: contacting, presenting and following up with national account customers.

9. Brand recognition as a Fleet Enterprises Mobile Mechanic Franchise.

What are the on-going fees?

The fees cover the on-going support services that you will receive as a Fleet Enterprises franchisee, as well as entitling you to the use of the Fleet Enterprises service marks, proprietary business system and marketing assistance. The royalty fee is 5 percent of gross sales. The billing software fee is 15 percent of the collected invoices.


How long before I can be in business?
90 days or less after attending Discovery Day. In some cases, we can get you into business in 60 days or less.

Do I need to buy or lease a building?
You will not need a building to operate your Fleet Services franchise. We are a mobile business. You can operate your Fleet Enterprises Franchise from your home or existing business and save money on rent. You will never have a bad location with our concept!

How much money can I make?
The Federal Trade Commission regulates what Fleet Enterprises is allowed to disclose to potential franchisees. As you proceed through the process of purchasing your Fleet Enterprises business, you will receive the Franchise Disclosure Document that details more about the business opportunity.

How much will I need to invest?
The estimated initial investment to establish a Fleet Enterprises Franchise is between $26,800 to $122,500. This includes the franchise fee of $15,000, as well as the mobile unit, equipment, inventory, supplies, grand opening fee, and working capital to open your business.
